The SilverRock Customer Service Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, educating customers and answering questions about their warranties. We aim to simplify the complex world of automotive warranties by enhancing self-service options and delivering world-class customer service, requiring high emotional intelligence and conflict management skills in a fast-paced call center environment.
