Position: Customer Service Representative - Work from Home AZ

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, learning about their medical history and fertility challenges.

This role is unique — you’ll work for a company that genuinely cares about people while assisting our patients in achieving happiness.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
• Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians to ensure process efficiency
• Own the patient experience by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up
• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details

Requirements:

• An empathetic, fun-loving personality with a good sense of humor
• Prior Authorization experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
