What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide requested information on products, pricing, and account services
- Efficiently record all customer information and notes related to issues or accounts

- Assist customers with account status and research misapplied payments or discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong knowledge of customer service processes and complaint handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work with company software and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
