Hours & Pay


Pay Rate: $15/hour


Schedule: Monday - Friday



  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

  • OR 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST


Employment Type: Remote | Full-Time



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide best-in-class support via phone, email, and live chat

  • Follow up on customer orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution

  • Input and manage order data using an order management system

  • Recommend improvements in policies, usability, and merchandising based on customer feedback

  • Write thoughtful and professional customer-facing messages

  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to meet service-level expectations

Requirements & Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management

  • Proficient with web browsers; Photoshop experience is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Reliable home internet: minimum 25MB download / 10MB upload

  • Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
