    Cognizant Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling customer interactions in an automated, high volume, remote (work from home) contact center environment. Our Representatives are the "product experts" for a designated customer base. Our representatives assist with credits, broad customer service issues, and take replenishment orders.

    Our representatives help grow the profits through selling a broad array of snack food products. We thrive on impeccable customer service and ensure accuracy when taking orders and documenting concerns. Attention to detail, computer experience in Windows and web-based environments, ability to multi-task, professional maturity, and a drive for results, are key attributes required for this role.

    As one of our successful representatives, your role is to handle, via telephone, routine customer service inquiries, as well as escalation calls that are related to product sales and delivery. Our agents strive to turn calls from accounts into positive experiences for our customers by using our quality call guidelines. In addition, the Customer Service Representatives are expected to exhibit active involvement and support of their team.

    Job Responsibilities

    Maintaining an uninterrupted home internet connection is a required.

    Employees must ensure that they have a designated work area that meets internet connectivity requirements and is free of distractions.

    Follow procedure by adhering to an assigned schedule.

    Address escalating customer issues according to procedure.

    Sell our portfolio of snack food products to our established and new customers.

    Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers.
