Job Details

Work Location: Remote (Work from home), must reside in New York state.

Pay Range: $16.50/hr (fixed)

Start Date: Paid training begins Monday, June 23, 2025.

Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.

Hours of Operation (Post-training): Monday to Friday, 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday, 9am - 5pm EST. During training, schedules will be assigned within these hours.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately document account information into the client system.
  • Explain account statuses and inquiries to customers clearly.
  • Comply with State and Federal regulations related to job duties.
  • Handle delinquent accounts following state guidelines.
  • Use excellent communication skills to meet client and customer goals.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent call handling skills and professionalism.
  • Reliable internet connection: broadband, wired (no Wi-Fi or hotspots), with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Camera required during training sessions.
