Job Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves all customer questions and issues, providing the best customer experience possible. This role involves correcting errors, following up with process servers, moving orders along, and providing information and updates. The specialist collaborates with other teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. This customer-focused role requires diplomacy, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.

This position is remote but must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets, answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and guide new customers on placing orders online.
  • Respond to emails, addressing questions and concerns from customers, internal departments, and field process servers.
  • Document issues in Confluence.
  • Visit court dockets for case filing information and occasionally retrieve filed papers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and phone systems preferred.
  • Experience with document manipulation.
  • Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
  • Ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Maintain high-quality work in stressful situations.
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and improve performance.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
