Customer Service Representative - Remote

Join Pearl Interactive Network as a Remote Customer Service Representative. Handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and clients regarding pharmacy benefits. Assist members in understanding and optimizing their pharmacy programs.

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST; Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Internet with minimum 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds; no satellite
  • Ethernet connection required
  • Private, quiet workspace
  • Computer, monitor, and headset provided

Responsibilities:

  • Use computerized system to respond to inquiries, document issues, and escalate as needed
  • Complete HCP and customer calls within established hours
  • Provide and act on performance feedback
  • Learn and apply new skills to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and professional interaction

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Customer service or healthcare experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with international or diverse populations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and multiple software systems
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and support outside normal hours as needed

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, and visual acuity for various vision tasks.
