Customer Service Representative - Remote

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST; Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Broadband internet with minimum 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds; no satellite connections
  • Ethernet connection required
  • Private, quiet workspace at home
  • Provided computer equipment, monitor, and headset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use computerized systems to respond to inquiries, document issues, and escalate as needed
  • Complete HCP and customer calls successfully within work hours
  • Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity
  • Exceed performance metrics such as handle time, adherence, and quality

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred
  • At least 1 year of call center experience; healthcare experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle diverse populations, and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer functions and multitasking across software systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and time management
  • Flexible to support outside normal hours as needed

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, and good vision capabilities.
