Responsibilities include customer order management, processing inquiries, supporting sales with receivables, identifying customer needs, managing complaints, coordinating with logistics providers, and maintaining inventory and order status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• International logistics experience and export compliance knowledge are a plus.
• This is a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, requiring onsite presence multiple days weekly.
