Location: Ascension Mercy, Aurora IL - Emergency Department
Shift: Full-time, Part-time, and On-Call positions available, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll help our patients check into the hospital. It’s fast-paced at times, and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly while also listening with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
To thrive in this job, you’ll need to be a confident multi-tasker who is quick with technology and can type and answer phones. No previous experience or knowledge in healthcare is required. Since this is a hospital/lab environment, be prepared to see illness and injuries. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, making this a perfect starting point for your healthcare career.
