Location: LifePoint Portage Hospital
Shift Hours: PRN- part time, work as needed. Open availability required for shifts including overnight, holiday, and weekends. Hours include a rotating on-call schedule. PRN associates will be cross-trained in multiple departments.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist patients during hospital check-in, answering questions and collecting information accurately and compassionately. No healthcare experience is required; we will train you. You must be vaccinated, pass a drug test, and a background check.
Responsibilities include working on computers and phones in a busy environment, helping anxious or ill patients, working quickly and efficiently, and collaborating with a team committed to your career growth.
Requirements:
Pay range: $14.69 - $20.28/hour, depending on role, skills, and experience.
