Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ascension Mercy, Aurora IL - Emergency Department

Shift: Full-time, Part-time, and On-Call positions available, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist patients during hospital check-in, answering questions and collecting information accurately and compassionately. This role requires confidence in multitasking, quick learning of technology, and excellent communication skills. No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling patient registration via computers and phones in a busy environment, ensuring accurate data entry across multiple screens.
  • Providing compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and building rapport.
  • Assisting patients on your feet, managing variations in health plans and coverage, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team committed to your career development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
