Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is hiring a part-time, onsite Customer Service Representative to support customers, partners and drivers for a smooth delivery experience.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve complaints, monitor routes, and coordinate with drivers and internal teams while staying organized and meeting deadlines. Schedule is approximately 20–32 hours per week with shifts around 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
