Job summary

A leading entertainment organization in Branson is seeking a Customer Service Representative for part-time work. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests both in person and over the phone. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. This role includes working approximately 28 hours per week, covering shifts from morning to early evening, and some Saturdays are required. A high school diploma is preferred, with less than 2 years of customer service experience being ideal.

Locations:

• Branson Theater, 1001 Shepherd of the Hills Expy, Branson, MO 65616, USA

Shift:

• 8:00 am – 3:00 pm or 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday–Saturday (8:15 am on Mondays)
• Potential to work late as 7:45 pm with a later start time
• Some Saturdays required
• Unpaid lunch break of 30–60 minutes
• 28 hours per week

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with leadership and the broader team at both locations.
• Complete daily tasks related to guest reservations promptly.

• Keep informed about sales and business policies decided by leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
