Helpware is seeking a Customer Support Representative to collaborate with core team members and department heads to address customer needs and deliver optimal results. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in customer interactions, building relationships, and advocating for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team.
• Basic computer skills: navigate multiple windows/tabs, copy/paste, and type 35 wpm.
