Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. This on-site, full-time role offers training and tools to support long-term career growth.

The position includes 4-day or 5-day schedules, weekend coverage, a competitive hourly pay with a $4 shift differential, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
