Location: Office in Home within Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred
Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday - Friday
This position is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service daily. They provide frontline support for customer order entry, order expediting, quoting, returns, pricing, and availability.
