Customer Service Representative, Fitness (Remote, $15/hr)

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Fitness department.

Remote Worker Guidelines

  • Candidates selected for this position will be trained remotely and must work from a designated home area with company-provided technology equipment. A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) is required to participate in online meetings via video.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, demonstrating knowledge of ASH Fitness products.
  • Answer calls professionally and courteously, record call information accurately, and follow policies to resolve member inquiries.
  • Coordinate collection of payments when necessary, and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Research questions using available resources, manage time effectively, and participate in team meetings.
  • Respond to requests from other departments and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable.
