Donaldson Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with native Italian and a high level of English to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

Leveraging experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, you will manage orders, provide proactive support, and collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and production to ensure excellent service levels while enjoying a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Native level of Italian and high level of English is required.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM is an asset.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English and native level of Italian to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships
• Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities

Relevant Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset
• Native level of Italian and high level of English is required
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes
• Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player
