Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a motivated assembler to join our aircraft engine air filtration systems team in Missouri. You will interpret engineering drawings, assemble components, install rivets, and operate drills and pneumatic tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow plant procedures with limited supervision. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and proven mechanical aptitude, with a readiness to work

Responsibilities

• Assemble engine air filtration systems for aircraft.
• Ensure compliant manufacture and workmanship of assemblies per engineering data and plant procedures.
• Work with and around chemicals and follow PPE standards.
• Interpret drawings, work instructions, and documents to ensure proper build completion.
• Document job completion paperwork accurately.
• Manage records and timekeeping.
• Install rivets with pneumatic and hand squeezes.
• Use powered hand tools (drills).
• Perform other duties as required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assembly of engine air filtration systems for aircraft
• Ensure compliant manufacture and workmanship of assemblies, as defined by engineering data and plant procedures
• Work with and around a variety of chemicals and follow all standards regarding PPE
• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and other documents to ensure proper build completion
• Effectively document job completion paperwork
• Accurately and efficiently manage records and timekeeping.
• Installing rivets with pneumatic and hand squeezes
• Use of powered hand tools (drills)
• Other duties as required
