Donaldson Company is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona. The role emphasizes handling orders, inquiries, and coordination with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order flow.

Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service or related fields, strong English, and MS Office proficiency. The position offers hybrid working model and a 6-month maternity-cover contract, with meal allowance

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset.
• A high level of English is required. Additional languages, particularly Italian, French and Spanish, would be a strong asset.
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adapt to changes.
• Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders.
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers.
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies.
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities.
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities.

We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
