AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Ohio is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Call Center. You will answer inbound calls, assist members with insurance policies and memberships, and deliver proactive solutions in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

The role offers a starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with a $1.00 hourly bilingual premium for English/Spanish fluency, and remote training followed by a remote-friendly post-training schedule. Must reside in Ohio.

Customer Service Representative Insurance

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
• Bilingual Fluency: earn an additional $1.00/hour for English/Spanish fluency (assessment provided)
• Location Requirement: Must reside within the State of Ohio
• Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 10:00am-10:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm will include taking live calls.
• Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 10:00am-10:30pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 10:00am-8:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week.

Work-From-Home Requirements

Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions. You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 50-100 mbps download and 10 mbps upload. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity. Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting. Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.

What You’ll Need

• Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred). Spanish fluency is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
• A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must reside within the State of Ohio.
