AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and Spanish to join our Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

We offer bilingual fluency assessment, remote training for four months with scheduling between 9:00am-9:00pm, and a post-training remote schedule of 9:00am-9:15pm with one weekday off.

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives – fluent in English/Spanish to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team.

What We Offer

• Bilingual Fluency: English/Spanish fluency assessment provided

• Location Requirement: must reside within 80 miles of 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095

• Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm will include taking live calls.

• Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week.

What You’ll Do

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.

• You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads and 10 mbps for uploads. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.

• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.

• Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

• Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.
