Job summary

Telemark Diversified Graphics in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to lead the department, work with production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing while showing compassion for client needs. Strong communication, math, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Position reports to the Vice President of Sales of a 53-year-old family-owned company. Telemark supplies products nationwide and worldwide, offering health insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Customer Service Representative

Take a leading roll in our customer service department. Will work closely with other departments regarding production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing of products. Must have experience in showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must.
