Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $21.42/hr

Payrate: $21.00 - $21.42/hr.

Summary: The Candidate works within the Caption Care Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence. Responsibilities include integration tasks, scheduling, client support, inbound and outbound calling for patients, and key initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor outreach and engagement processes for patients in Caption Care.
  • Contribute to broader operations team activities.
  • Assist in building outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
  • Support operations by outlining needs and making recommendations for scheduling and call center features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a call center environment.
Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently.
Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay across the U.S. is $21.00 - $21.42/hr. Final offers depend on skills, education, experience, and benefits selected. Full-time employees may access benefits like medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), commuter benefits, and insurance.
