Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking a Delivery Technician to load, transport and deliver life-saving medical equipment to healthcare facilities in the Milwaukee area. You will drive company vehicles, help with warehouse tasks, and ensure professional service to hospital contacts.

The role requires high school education, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work across multiple shifts, including on‑call as needed. Uniforms and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life‑saving medical equipment to healthcare facilities.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist with service, shipping, and receiving in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and patients' equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear a company uniform.
• Adhere to operations processes and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales reps and teams on orders and delivery planning.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life‑saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
