Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Lenexa team. You will work with operations and the sales team to deliver essential medical equipment to healthcare institutions and provide excellent service to our hospital partners.

You will load, transport, and assist with service and receiving activities in the branch, while maintaining professional appearance and adhering to quality standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist with service, shipping, and receiving in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform.
• Follow operating processes and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representatives on orders and deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
• Able to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs
