TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Albany, NY for a hybrid role. The position is contract-to-hire with hours from 9:15am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic environment designed for career growth.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, updating customer records in the database, and performing related administrative tasks. The compensation is $20 per hour, with eligibility for standard benefits depending on assignment and compliance.

Formación

• Recent customer service experience is required (call center or retail preferred).
• Proficient computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple screens/databases.
• Solid time management abilities and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
