Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Position Summary

Responsible for customer service activities supporting Atrium Sales, including providing support to healthcare practitioners, pharmaceutical providers, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, order processing, triaging inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, following policies and procedures.
  • Process customer orders accurately and enter credits into the JDE system.
  • Triage inquiries from cross-functional teams requiring investigation and problem-solving.
  • Follow up on claims and investigations, communicating resolutions effectively.
  • Assist with inquiries via Service Console ticketing system.
  • Participate in product and compliance training sessions.
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting products and cross-selling.
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed.
  • Support team members as required.
Experience and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, shipping, customer service, or related fields.
  • SalesForce experience is a plus.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player with ability to work with diverse individuals.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with Magento, RingCentral, and JDE preferred.

This position may be remote or hybrid, based on location, with preferences for candidates near Bridgewater, NJ; Chicago, IL; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Long Island, NY.

The pay range is approximately $40,000 to $45,000, with performance incentives and benefits including 401k, healthcare, and more. Final compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.
