Peak Support is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Philippines!

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced and detail-oriented representatives to support a growing healthcare technology platform that helps patients book appointments through a combination of AI and human interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound calls to healthcare providers using internal tools
  2. Follow instructions to verify insurance acceptance, reason for visit, and appointment availability
  3. Troubleshoot issues that arise during calls
  4. Review and ensure quality of completed tasks
  5. Research and organize provider information (e.g., practice name, contact details, hours)
  6. Monitor and manage task queues
  7. Communicate promptly with the team via Slack
  8. Collaborate on improving tools, processes, and operations
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or as a virtual assistant
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. High level of digital literacy
  5. Outstanding attention to detail
  6. Excellent written and spoken English
