Job summary

Narayana Verlag GmbH im Süden des Schwarzwaldes sucht eine/n Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter/in in Vollzeit vor Ort. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Onlineshop sowie telefonische Beratung zu Produkten, Lieferzeiten und Reklamationen.

Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrungen im Kundenservice mit, freuen sich über den Dialog mit Menschen, kennen Deutsch fließend und haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Englisch.

Qualifications

• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Freude am telefonischen Kontakt mit Kunden
• Interesse an Nahrungsergänzung und gesundem Lebensstil vorteilhaft
• Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice wünschenswert, Quereinstieg willkommen

Customer Service Full-time (m/f/d) in the Southern Black Forest

With a team of 200 employees, over 10,000 products and a dispatch operation that ships up to 8,000 parcels worldwide every day, we set standards. Our portfolio not only includes over 700 of our own book titles in the field of naturopathy and nutrition, but also our successful own brand Unimedica with over 400 products in the areas of food supplements, foodstuffs and natural cosmetics.

Currently we are located in 79585 Steinen , and are expected to move in January to 79400 Kandern interim , and are likely to be located from April/May 2026 at the modern site in 79424 Auggen , only 22 minutes by train from Freiburg (400m to the station) .

• Telephone advice on products, delivery times, complaints, …

Requirements

• Initial experience as a customer advisor is desirable, but career changers are of course welcome
• You enjoy talking on the phone and like interacting with people
• Interest in dietary supplements and a healthy lifestyle is certainly an advantage but not a must
• German language skills, spoken and written, are important
• Knowledge of French is desired, English skills are an advantage

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, predominantly on-site, after onboarding partial home office possible.

Workplace: On site. Currently we are located in 79585 Steinen , from April/May 2026 you will find us at the modern site in 79424 Auggen , only 22 minutes by train (400m to the station).
