Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PC-based teller software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate email and basic digital tools.

• Receives and verifies cash from customers and follows all cash handling procedures.
• Accurately reconciles cash drawer daily including scanning of all images.
• Processes customer transactions: loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and monetary instruments.
• Receives and verifies checks, examines items for endorsements and completes hold requests as needed.
• Understands and navigates NuPoint Core System.
• Navigates the S drive according to job duties.
• Accurately processes savings bonds for redemption.
• Processes cash advances.
• Completes a check order form accurately.
• Demonstrates digital solutions to customers or potential customers.
• Operates cash recyclers and coin counters as available in the branch.
• Basic knowledge of Internet banking and Mobile App.

After successful knowledge of the following Level 1 tasks:· Receives and verifies cash from customers and follows all cash handling procedures· Accurately reconciles cash drawer daily including scanning of all images· Processes customer transactions: Loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and monetary instruments.· Receives and verifies checks, examines items for appropriate endorsements and completes hold requests as needed.· Understands and is able to Navigate NuPoint Core System· Navigates the S drive according to job duties· Accurately process savings bonds for redemption· Processes cash advances· Able to accurately complete a check order form· Effectively demonstrate digital solutions to customers or potential customers· Understand and operate technically advanced banking equipment such as cash recyclers and coin counters as available in your branch.· Basic knowledge and navigation skills of Internet banking and Mobile App· Basic digital equipment knowledge· Annually participate in Robbery/Security training· Read and attest to both the Employee Handbook and the Business Continuity Plan· Complete mandatory online training course· High School Degree or related experience.· Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills, & interpersonal skills· Strong computer skills· Proficient with PC based teller software or willingness to learn· Be able to operate emailPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
