San Carlos Flight Center, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Carlos, California. You will respond to calls, assist with flight dispatch, check-in and invoicing, and welcome new members.

The role requires basic math, comfort with Google Docs/Sheets, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office. Local applicants who can commute five days a week are preferred; aviation experience is a plus.

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Dispatching flights
• Checking-in and invoicing flights
• Tracking flight hours
• General office work and support
• Welcoming and signing-up new members
• Keeping front desk area clean and organized
• Effectively communicating with other staff

Requirements:

• Competency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Basic math skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Multi-tasking ability, common sense, and alertness

• Aviation experience preferred
• Able to live and work in the United States
• Able to commute to San Carlos for work 5 days a week

Work Hours and Schedule:

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Compensation:

• $25/hour
