Job summary

Lee & Cates Glass, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the store showroom and counter sales, reporting to the store manager. You will be the first to assist customers and handle invoicing and scheduling in a busy glass shop.

We prefer auto glass experience but are willing to train the right candidate. This entry-level role requires basic MS Excel/Word skills, strong sales potential, and excellent customer service values.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description

This position reports to store manager. The CSR is responsible for the overall effective operations of the counter sales and store showroom.

Accountability Functions Include:

• Maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain a professional image
• Maintain punctual/reliable attendance
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
