We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping aid us with the selling of Auto Glass. We would like our candidate to be a team player and have the desire to grow the company. We are a locally owned and operated business. Hours of employment will be 8am-4pm Monday- Friday with rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $16 to $18. We are located 1 mile north of I70 & Quebec. Basic computer skill required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
