Job summary

Metro Express Car Wash is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, guide vehicles, and promote wash options and memberships. You’ll join a fast-paced, outdoors team that values safety, service, and a positive attitude.

Full-time (32-40 hrs) and part-time (15-30 hrs) roles available, weekend hours required. You’ll earn $19 per hour plus commission on memberships, with company-provided gear and benefits for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and keep the site safe and clean.
• Inform customers about wash options, services, and memberships in a friendly, non-pushy way.
• Earn commission on every membership/promotion sale.
• Follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the site clean, organized, and presentable.
