Job summary

GO Car Wash in Winchester, VA is hiring entry-level team members to get paid to be outside, stay active, and help customers choose the best wash or membership. You'll work on a fast-growing nationwide brand that values energy, reliability, and a friendly attitude.

You’ll learn quickly, follow safety procedures, and have opportunities to grow into leadership. Base pay starts around $13/hour with about $2/hour in uncapped commissions, plus free car washes and PTO.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll:

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Help customers choose the best wash or membership
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Keep the site clean, stocked, and looking awesome
• Help customers use our free vacuums and self-serve stations
• Work with an upbeat team to create a great customer experience
• Love talking with people
• Like staying active instead of sitting all day
• Bring positive energy to work
• Can learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like working on a team
• At least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Morning availability is a plus!

Earn around $15/hour on average!

• $13/hour base pay
• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
