Pacific Office Automation in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is organized and enjoys working in a team. You will support customers with inquiries, qualify leads, and help maintain accurate records.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.55, with the potential for commission and bonuses, plus a benefits package including medical/dental/vision and a matched 401k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High quality verbal and written communication.
• Strong math abilities are necessary.
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred.
• Experience using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software; such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.

Compensation: $15.55/hr with opportunity for commission and bonus's
