Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops in Meridian, ID is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) to support our busy Commercial division. You will work with builders and homeowners to provide estimates, process orders, and ensure a seamless project experience from first contact to completion.

You’ll read blueprints, interpret measurements, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain pricing accuracy, timelines, and product details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (industry experience preferred).
• Experience reading blueprints and completing take-offs/measurements (1–2 years preferred).
• Interior design background is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting our Commercial division, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.
