FLOFORM Countertops in Boise, ID is hiring an In-Home Countertop Install Assistant (Full-Time). Start a hands-on career with no experience needed—we’ll train you.

You’ll work with a skilled team, earn $21–$23 per hour, and receive comprehensive benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting lead installers on in-home installations, basic plumbing disconnects, safe handling of stone materials, and customer-facing site interactions.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train the right person.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations
• Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
• Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
• Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Physical Requirements
