Job summary

FloForm Countertops in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Commercial Sales & Project Coordinator to build client relationships, coordinate production schedules, and manage multiple projects from estimate to completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in commercial coordination or related field, strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial project coordination, construction management, estimating, or outside sales.
  • Experience with countertops, cabinetry, flooring, millwork, or related building products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes and scheduling.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial contractors, builders, designers, architects, and property managers.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, bids, and project proposals.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate templating, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules.
  • Manage multiple commercial projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project updates with customers, installers, production, and management.
  • Monitor project budgets, change orders, and profitability.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and generate additional business.

Position Summary

The Commercial Sales & Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for commercial customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. This position is responsible for developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating production schedules, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
