Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops in Meridian, ID, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) to support our growing Commercial division. You’ll interact with builders, homeowners, and internal teams to deliver accurate estimates, process orders, and keep projects on track from first contact to completion.

The role emphasizes detail, blueprint literacy, clear communication, and proactive problem solving. A high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service are required; experience reading

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (industry experience preferred).
• Experience reading blueprints and completing take-offs/measurements (1-2 years preferred).
• Interior design background is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting our Commercial division, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion. You’ll work closely with builders, homeowners, and internal teams to provide accurate estimates, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience.
