Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baton Rouge, LA to be the main contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, professional support to achieve total satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, promote Graybar products on inbound calls and coordinate order entry, pricing, expediting, billing and claims while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• High School education required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence.
• Enter orders, process requests, and provide product support.
• Assist with order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.
• Promote Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
