Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ to be a key liaison for customers, handling orders, requests and providing timely, professional support.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with product selection, pricing, order entry, expediting, billing and claims, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to overall satisfaction. Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
