Job summary

The State of Missouri’s Division of Workers’ Compensation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the DWC / Case Management Unit. The position offers a base annual salary of $38,887 and opportunities to assist stakeholders across Missouri through phone and email communications, file handling, and document management.

Annual Salary: $38,887

What You Will Do
  • Retrieve files from a shared network drive for statewide and external stakeholders.
  • Process confidential documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist and educate our stakeholders via phone and email.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing.
