State Board of Nursing in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to oversee processing daily deposits, reviews of licensure applications, and related communications with applicants and licensees. Base Salary: $42,611 (The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)

The board has an immediate opening for a lead customer service representative (processing technician III). The position will be responsible for processing the daily deposit, working with insufficient funds, working with criminal history and background checks, reviewing applications for licensure and corresponding with applicants and licensees. Candidates must have good, effective communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, make routine decisions, organize workflow and establish priorities and deadlines.
