Must reside within a 60‑mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Designated quiet home workspace and wired internet connection with minimum 10Mbps download and 4Mbps upload.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy, ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18years or older.

Work From Home Requirements

• Located within 60‑mile radius of Glendale, AZ.
• Designated quiet home workspace.
• Wired internet connection: at least 10Mbps download and 4Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and satellite Internet not compatible.

Schedule

• Start date: Monday, July13, 2026.
• Virtual training: 4 weeks, Monday‑Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM; 100% attendance required.
• Full‑time shifts: weekdays 10:30AM–7:00PM.
• Saturdays and/or Sundays: 9:30AM–6:00PM.
