Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to lead a remote team within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ. The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and achieving exceptional customer service standards while managing accounts and ensuring team performance.

You will train staff, monitor behavior, motivate the team, and handle calls to deliver a world-class customer experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage and accurately document account details

YOU’LL BRING:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
