Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an industrial or technical setting
• Mechanical aptitude or background in industrial/mechanical customer service
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation or industrial products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems for order entry and customer management
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Experience supporting inside sales or working with industrial, mechanical, or instrumentation-related products
• Background in machine shop or industrial customer service roles
• Valid driver’s license
